At Swift Llama Software we put user privacy first: we collect the minimum amount of user data possible and do not monetize your private information at all.

Data collected in the Callability application

When you sign in, your email is verified and stored in a Google Firebase database, along with your device make and android version. The email is required to allow the app to function, whereas the device information is used to identify your device in the “Settings -> Devices” section. This data is not shared with any 3rd parties.

Your contacts or the email addresses of the contacts you call in the app are stored transiently in memory but are not persisted to a database.

Note that voice communication is end-to-end encrypted as per the sanctioning of WebRTC, however the subject of the call is only encrypted-in-transit. It is not however persisted to the database.

Removing your personal data from the Callability database

You can remove all your data from the Callability database by logging into the app and choosing to delete the account. You will be signed out and all your data will be removed from the server.

Data collected by the Swift Llama Software websites

  • IP addresses, access timestamps, user agent strings: if you access swiftllama.net or any other Swift Llama Software website, your IP address, access timestamps, and user agent string may be recorded in http server logs. These logs are not analyzed or processed except for diagnosing errors, mitigating attacks and estimating traffic volume. They are kept for a short amount of time before being overwritten, according to current regulation.
